We collect only such personal data as is necessary for providing health-related services through the App.
2.1 Personal Data Collected
Depending on your use of the App, we may collect:

- Contact Data: Mobile number, email address
- Account Data: Login credentials, user ID
- Health & Wellness Data: Health preferences, lifestyle inputs, nutrition-related data, fitness-related data (as voluntarily provided)
- Device & Technical Data: Device ID, IP address, operating system, app version
- Location Data: Approximate location (if enabled)
Note: We do not collect biometric data unless explicitly required and consented to by the user.

- Withdrawal of consent may affect access to certain features of the App.
4. Target Audience and Age Restriction
The RCM Health App is intended for users 18 years and above.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data of children below 13 years of age.
- If, in the future, services are offered to children, such processing shall be carried out only after verifiable parental or guardian consent, in compliance with the DPDP Act and principles aligned with COPPA.
- If we become aware that a child’s data has been collected without valid consent, such data shall be deleted promptly.
5. Permissions Declaration and Justification
The App may request the following permissions strictly on a need-to-use basis:
5.1 Location Permission
- Purpose: To show region-specific services, availability of products, delivery feasibility, and language preferences.
- Type: Approximate location only
5.2 Camera Permission
- Purpose: To scan QR codes, upload profile images, upload documents (if required for verification or service requests).
- Access: Only when the user initiates such action
Users may revoke permissions at any time through device settings. Denial of permissions may limit certain functionalities.

We do not sell or trade personal data. Data may be shared only with:
- Authorized service providers (IT, hosting, payment gateways) under strict confidentiality obligations
- Government authorities or regulators where required by law
